Transactions made using The PinPoint™ Card will show on the consumers bank account statement just like any other checking account (ACH) transaction.

What can I expect from the loyalty program?
  1. The program provides a complete "done for you" marketing program that includes Welcome mailings (that can generate a 15% to 35% visit rate), Birthday and Anniversary Mailings( with a 30% to 50% visit rate), Seasonal Mailings, Weekly emails, etc.
  2. The system provides a very robust customer analysis capability that allows you to highly target the "done for you" marketing campaigns for maximum Return on Investment in those campaigns.

Which PinPoint cardholders will I be able to market to?
  • Any consumer that enrolls for a PinPoint Card through your store or any consumer that uses their PinPoint Card at your store will show up in your database allowing you to send them special offers and track their spending.
Who issues the cards?
  • The PinPoint Cards are issued and encoded by First Data/Buypass. The cardholder will choose their own pin number when they activate their card.
How is the transaction routed and approved?
  • The PinPoint Card acts like a pin-debit transaction in the Buypass system , however unlike a bank issued debit card, the funds are not instantly marked in the customers bank account. An actual ACH process is initiated, similar to Electronic Check Conversion. The Telecheck database is utilized to approve the transaction.
What terminals are used to accept The PinPoint Card?
  • The Verifone Vx570 is used to process PinPoint Card transactions. In a restaurant pay-at-the-table environment the Verifone Vx670 wireless terminal is used.
What will APS provide to help make PinPoint successful in my store?
  • APS will provide marketing materials including brochures customized with your logo and offers, table tents, window cling stickers, check presenters. You will receive your own section within the pinpointcard.com website advertising your stores offers and information. APS provides all the support you need to set up your unique email and mail campaigns.
